I have to admit that I felt uncomfortable listening to this. I wanted to hear “Name something more precious than a human boy’s smile”… but that’s not what I heard.

Ah, that’s interesting! Thank you for sharing your opinion. So you were uncomfortable by the fact that this poem is about black boys smiling? How come? Tell me more. What about a black male smiling is so uncomfortable?
