Love is like a Rubik’s cube
so it never goes away
but merely shifts in expression
so let’s blend from Lovers
we’re chameleons. different temperament
emitting an abnormal temperature, now
let’s Love each other as friends
but enemies share a Love too. so Love
flows with distaste like light within lava
we’re rerouting our Love for another
purpose with plenty hesitance
even with hindrance, we remain in Love
but Love can be lost—morph into hate
replaced by disgust—how could I ever?
Love. I don’t know
but I will give that Love back to myself
